Finexpar Financiera SAECA (Finexpar) is a financial institution primarily focusing on funding small and medium enterprises (SMEs), which make up more than 90% of its loan portfolio.

Finexpar started operating in 1989. Since 2013, the institution has experienced significant growth thanks to a new strategy which has unlocked the enormous potential of the SME sector, and a revised business model and company structure. Today, Finexpar ranks among the top five financial institutions in Paraguay in terms of assets and equity.

Finexpar finances different sectors: services, productive, agriculture and cattle rearing and trade. The institution has branches in Ciudad del Este (Alto Paraná) and Encarnación (Itapua) and there is a customer service point in Santa Rita (Alto Paraná).

Finexpar Financiera SAECA has been an Oikocredit partner since 2016.
