Promotion et Appui au Développement de Micro Entreprise (PADME) is an association that promotes micro-enterprise development in Benin, particularly through suitable microfinance financial products, basic business training and tailored support to borrowers. It also helps NGO-led income-generating activities.

PADME's mission is to provide micro-enterprises and people on low incomes with quick and easy access to a wide range of financial services tailored to their specific needs with a focus on micro-enterprise development. It aims to ensure that a large number of low-income earners obtain sustainable access to local financial services while strengthening its own financial viability.

Promotion et Appui au Développement de Micro Entreprise  (PADME) has been an Oikocredit partner since 2005.
